In the event of flight being cancelled, it’s recommended to take advantage of the re-routing procedures made available on the Carrier’s website so to speed up the search for alternative solutions.
It is possible to change the booking free of charge or ask for a refund dialling the Carrier’s Call Center or logging into the Carrier’s website with your own account.
Refunds cannot be delivered at the airport. They will be re-credited using the payment method chosen during reservation.
